The Urban Private Equity Group provides investment opportunities for individual and institutional investors through syndicated tax credit and equity funds. We assist in the utilization of tax credits and other federal, state and local financing tools to support to low‐income communities through various organizations. Our Private Equity group owns and manages over 1,000 apartment units within 40 projects in six states. Many of these units are sustainable, affordable, and many of the buildings are historic.
