Urban Eco Housing was founded upon the partners' realization that there was a severe need for low to moderate income housing and that this housing could be built, or renovated for existing structures, with sustainable solutions through the use of environmentally sound design and materials. Thus Urban Eco Housing was formed to specialize in the acquisition and rehabilitation of low to moderate income housing in the urban core utilizing sustainable building materials while providing its tenants with resident empowerment through education and wealth enhancement.

The Urban Private Equity Group provides investment opportunities for individual and institutional investors through syndicated tax credit and equity funds. We assist in the utilization of tax credits and other federal, state and local financing tools to support to low‐income communities through various organizations. Our Private Equity group owns and manages over 1,000 apartment units within 40 projects in six states. Many of these units are sustainable, affordable, and many of the buildings are historic.
